No, at this time we do not ship outside of the United States.

I don't want to pay that much for shipping.
We apologize for any inconvenience, but our shipping rates are as low as we are able to offer, and very closely reflect the amount we are charged by FedEx for the individual parcels.
In some cases, the shipping may be less than what is quoted via our website. When this happens, we will adjust your order to reflect the actual cost or issue a refund for the unused amount.


How quickly can I expect to receive my order?

Can I expedite my order? I need it more quickly than quoted on the
Shipping Rates page.
Yes. If you need to expedite your order, please make a note in the comment box at checkout, indicating the date you would like to receive the items.
Rates for faster shipping are not readily available as they are dependent upon package size and delivery area, but once we have weighed and measured the package we will call you at the number provided on the order form to discuss which option you would like to use.
New invoices will be issued for your records if the total of your order has changed.

Do you have a brick and mortar store I can shop in or is Michaels Floral Supply only online?
Our presence is purely online.


Can I request a catalog?
Our entire inventory is listed on our website, and we do not have catalogs. If you are have having trouble finding a product, please feel free to contact us.


My business is non profit. Do I need to provide a tax id?
The only orders that receive a tax are those in our home state of South Dakota. If you have a tax exemption number, please let us know when checking out.


May I set up an account with Michaels Floral Supply?
Yes! Accounts can only be created upon checkout, so please look for that option when completing your order.


Can I call to place my order?
We can accept phone orders, but the process is the same as placing the order online yourself and is sent through the system in the exact same way. We encourage you to place the order yourself, online through our safe and encrypted servers.


I receive an error message at checkout when attempting to place an order.
We encourage you to check that all of your payment and billing information is correct in the order form. When helping resolve these issues, 99% of the time there have simply been incorrect, missing, or extra characters. Please take extra care when checking your card number, your CVV code, the expiration date, and the billing zip code.


I have not heard anything regarding my package, is it on its way?
Unless you have heard otherwise, your package will be on its way within 24 business hours! FedEx sends tracking information to email addresses provided for the order. If you have not seen any information, please check your junk mail folder.


I do not want to receive email offers.
We do not send any correspondence not directly related to your most recent order.
Please provide an accurate email address upon checkout, as this is the only way you will receive a receipt, or tracking information, and notification of any issues regarding your order. Failure to provide correct contact information could result in a delay during the processing of your order.
